FARDEN HOLIDAY CHALET

The chalet is set in the heart of the Ayrshire countryside on a working smallholding access by a private road.

There is ample parking within a secure garden with patio and veranda.

5 minute walk to a friendly pub/restaurant that welcomes children.

5 miles from Ayr with excellent shopping and a safe beach.  Within easy reach of some of the best golf courses in Scotland.  Plenty of walking trails and close to Forest Lochs and walks.

Culzean Castle is nearby, as is Kelburn Country Park.  The Burns Heritage Trail is close at hand.  Children find plenty to do in the area there is riding nearby also a leisure centre with large swimming pool and children’s pool.

The chalet is suitable for wheelchairs and has a ramp for easy access.  Children are welcome and there is a secure garden and dogs are also welcome (please keep in mind this is a working smallholding with sheep and poultry).

Three bedrooms sleeping 6 four single beds and one bunk bed.

• Cot and High Chair
• Bathroom with bath. 
• Large lounge/Kitchen, patio doors onto veranda with panoramic views of the countryside. 
• Patio area in garden with Barbeque.
  

The chalet is fully equipped including full Hob with Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, High chair, Television. Bed linen Duvets and Towels are provided (not beach towels).

Electricity is not included power card meter approx usage Summer £7/10 per week Winter £25 includes cooking.

Rates 2007/8

November-March –  £280 per week  e.g. Saturday 15.00-Saturday 11am

April 1- October 31- £320 £500 per week

Christmas and New Year - £500


Deposit of £100 on booking balance due on arrival   Daily Rates  £45-£55 per day for less than 7 nights full payment on arrival.
